A quick, easy and wholesome nacho cheese made out of cashews and vegetables.
Soak the cashews overnight for creamiest results.
Cook all vegetables/nuts (potatoes, pepper, carrot, onion, cashews) in Instant Pot with 2 cups of water for 5 minutes.
Quick release when complete
Drain out the water.
Place all vegetables/nuts in the Blender, along with spices/flavorings (miso, mustard, paprika, salt, lemon).
Blend on high until smooth
